**As of April 21, 2025, the project was awarded to Municipal Pipe Tool Co., LLC, with an awarded amount of $216,582.85** Generally, the Work covered by the Plans and Specifications for Sanitary Sewer Relocation consists of the materials, labor, tools, and equipment required for the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer. The Work includes approximately 1100 LF of cast in place pipe, rehabilitation and lining of 5 sewer manholes, and other incidentals as necessary to complete the project. a submission of a Bidders Bond in the sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal, All work shall be substantially complete by October 17, 2025. All work shall be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Conditions by October 31, 2025. there will be deducted from any amount due to the Contractor the sum of $500 per day for each and every calendar day that the completion of the Work is delayed. The Contractor and his Surety will be liable for any excess. Such payment will be as and for liquidated damages and not as a penalty. The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for 30 days, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner, and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
