York Region District School Board is seeking Proposals for Waste Pumping, Disposal and Maintenance to Septic Tanks, Grease Traps, Oil Interceptors and Lift Stations, Automotive Oil Interceptors. The objective of this proposal is to establish a contractual relationship with a Vendor or Vendors for Waste Pumping Services on an as-required basis. This relationship will allow the Board to ensure that we are purchasing quality service at a competitive price, while improving management reporting and reducing material and administrative costs. The Board spends approximately $125,000.00 per year for Waste Pumping Services. This is an estimate only and should not be construed as a guarantee; rather it is shown to provide an indication of the potential of this Contract. There are approximately 233 locations in the York Region District School Board. Proponents are hereby invited to propose the lowest net prices, including all delivery charges for which the Proponent is prepared to furnish Waste Pumping Services requested herein, in accordance with the guidelines expressed in the enclosed document.
