A bidder's bond or a certified check in the amount of at least 5% of the total amount bid and payable must accompany the bid to the Treasurer of Fillmore County. Fillmore County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements. A minimum goal of 2.5% Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
