The project is a new 101,931 square foot, ground up, early childhood center for Leander ISD located on a ~28.5-acre site just Southeast Corner of Halsey Dr and San Gabriel Pkwy Road. The floor plan consists of primarily insulated tilt wall exterior construction with some metal stud framing. Exterior finish consists of thin brick and stained concrete formliner patterns Question Deadline 02/18/2025 Information requests must be received by the Construction Manager.
