The Pascua Yaqui Tribe is soliciting bids for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe Micro Market Building located on the Pascua Yaqui Tribe Reservation. This project consists of a 12,400 SF new single story commercial marketplace building, located at 5010 W Calle Torim, Tucson AZ 85757. Project Manuals (Specifications) and Drawings for bidding are included in this solicitation as Attachment A for 250130 Project Manual, Attachment B for 250130 Construction Documents, and Attachment C for 250121 Food Service (FS) Equipment Manual. Division 00 of the 250130 Project Manual includes this invitation to bid, Instructions To Bidders, Bid Forms, Exhibits, Geotechnical Report, Sample Construction Agreement, TERO Business License and Agreement, TERO Wage Scale, and Federal and Tribal Holiday Schedule, and Tribal Code Title 8 Chapter 3 Employment. This project has one Bid Alternate. All bid questions, Requests for Information (RFI), and substitution requests should be directed to the Project Manager via email.
