Settlers Cabin Trail Improvements Allegheny County is looking for a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment required to construct an 8'-wide asphalt pavement ADA-compliant trail along Papoose and TeePe Drives. The trail is nearly 1-mile long and includes: stormwater management measures such as storm pipe and inlets, swales, a rain garden and infiltration berms; concrete flatwork and curbs; trail surface aggregate paving; low sandstone retaining walls; parking lot improvements and asphalt paving; landscaping, including meadow and lawn seed mixes, tree and container plantings; benches and other seating amenities; the relocation of a 6" waterline and other water line connections. Questions Due Date: Feb 19th 2025, 3:00 PM EST Questions received after this date and time may not be answered by the County. All questions must be submitted through Bonfire. The Contractor shall commence the Work within 7 Days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed from the County, unless the Notice to Proceed states otherwise, and shall attain completion of the Work within 180 Days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed ("Contract time"), subject to adjustment in accordance with the Contract Documents.
