Renovation of a medical facility in Brantford, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Request for Prequalification of Civil Subtrades. Civil Work - Decommission existing failing CSP tunnel including excavation, backfill and grout filling of tunnel. Merit Contractors Niagara Ltd. have been retained by Brant Community Health Systems to act as their Construction Manager for this project. BCHS and the Ministry of Health have mandated that we provide fair and equal opportunity to tender this project. Merit Contractors Niagara Ltd. are requesting interested trade contractors to provide their prequalification information for the following divisions of work associated with this project. - Civil Work - Decommission CSP tunnel including Excavation, Backfill, Grouting of Tunnel Project estimated construction budget is approximately $3,000,000 with an anticipated construction commencement in the Spring of 2025. Civil scope of work approx. $1,000,000 with commencement of Civil work in the Fall 2025. Civil Trade contractors interested in prequalifying to bid this project can obtain the RFPQ documents by emailing the office of the Construction Manager: Merit Contractors Niagara Ltd. Attention: Arie Schipper, Secretary, Chief Estimating Officer, estimating@meritcontractors.com Prequalifications will be due on or before 2:00 pm on March 3, 2025
