Renovation of a medical facility in Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The objectives of the Project are to: Replace 2 existing Beckman Coulter Chemistry (DxC600i and DxC 800) and 2 Immunoassay (Access 2 #A5A56 and #81600N) analyzers that are approaching end of service life December 2025. One access 2 is attached to the DxC600i, the other is bench mounted. Replace them with 2 new Beckman Coulter DxC500i analyzers and associated equipment include 2 UPS's, 2 Printers, and 2 Evoqua water filtration systems (1 each per analyzer). The Project scope will include; Modifying site infrastructure, equipment, and furnishings as necessary to support new replacement equipment with considerations given to project sequencing to support maintaining current operations during the work. Ensure site infrastructure, equipment and furnishing modifications allow the removal of the old analysers, and installation of the new. The project construction period consists of two phases. The first to install 1 new analyser to a Ready for Takeover condition for its 1-month testing and the second after.
