The project shall consist of the construction of new PVC sewer mains, manholes, residential service connections and CIPP sewer main rehabilitation. Work will also include asphalt street repair, concrete sidewalk and driveway repair, top soiling, seeding, and various other items of related construction. The requirements for bidders and contractors under this regulation which concerns utilization of Disadvantaged/Minority Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE) and Women s Business Enterprises (WBE) are explained in the specifications.
