Request for Qualifications (RFQ) RFQ 25-325 Architectural & Engineering Services for Highland Gardens I & IIThe Building Better Communities, Inc. (BBC, Inc.), an Instrumentality of the Broward County Housing Authority (BCHA) located in Broward County, Florida, is seeking proposals from highly qualified, licensed and insured Architecture and Engineering firms to provide design and construction administration for the renovation of two adjacent affordable housing complexes in Deerfield Beach, FL known as Highland Gardens I and II. The rehabilitation of both sites is being financed as a single project with tax-exempt bonds and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs). BBC proposes to retain a highly qualified architectural firm to provide the services described in RFQ 25-325 Architectural & Engineering Services for Highland Gardens I & II solicitation document.
