Reference Number 0000375453 The Oakland County Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Oakland County Treasurer's Office along with the Oakland County Land Bank Authority, is requesting proposals for Property Management Services as outlined. Vendor will provide services to maintain both vacant parcels and improved properties under the direction of authorized Oakland County staff and performed on an as-needed basis, determined by the County. All services must be performed professionally and with the goal of neighborhood stabilization. The Contractor is responsible for all licensing and permits as required by the municipalities where the properties are located as well as standard practices of the trade. The Oakland County Treasurer's Office along with the Oakland County Land Bank Authority has a land bank of properties and is committed to providing appropriate stewardship of all properties prior to their being offered at one of two annual land sales and going forward for those that do not sell acquired through the tax foreclosure process.
