To provide all labour, materials and permits for a partial flat roof replacement, that includes removal of existing membrane, overlaying a new EPDM roof system complete with new metal flashing at the Public Works Administration Building, 1266 McDougall St., Windsor, ON. Contract award will be posted on The City of Windsor electronically Acceptance or rejection of any tender will be made in accordance with City of Windsor Purchasing By-Law No. 93-2012 and amendments thereto. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), approved July 1, 2017.
