Renovation of a municipal facility in Danvers, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
** As of March 6,2025 project is postponed.** Hogan Roof Replacement Rec Bldg., 5 Hathorne Circle, Danvers, MA. General Scope of Work: Roof replacement and roof restoration as shown on the contract documents. Estimated Construction Cost: $1,600,000 Deadline for Completion: 16 weeks from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Work to commence after July 1, 2025. The Plans and Specifications and other Contract Documents are to be considered together and are intended to be mutually complementary, so that any work shown on the Plans though not specified in the Specifications, and any work specified in the Specifications though not shown on the Plans, is to be executed by the Contractor as a part of this Contract. B. All things that in the opinion of the Awarding Authority may be reasonably inferred from the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents are to be executed by the Contractor. The Designer shall determine whether the detail Plans conform to the general Plans and Contract Documents, except as may be otherwise determined by the Awarding Authority
