General Scope of Work: Roof replacement and roof restoration as shown on the contract documents. Estimated Construction Cost: $1,600,000 Deadline for Completion: 10 Weeks From Issuance of Notice to Proceed. Must Be Capable of Securing Performance & Payment Bonds Each in The Amount of 100% of Contract Price Within 10 Days From Award. Start Work: Contractor Shall Mobilize and Begin Work No Later Than Ten (10) Calendar Days Following Notice to Proceed by Dds. Bid Documents Are Available From 8/6/25 to 8/20/25 and May Be Obtained Monday - Friday by Email, by Contacting Alexis Smith @ Alexis.smith@mass.gov No Charge for Bid Documents. Dcamm Qualifications Required: All Bidders Must Be Pre-qualified by the Division of Capital Asset Management for the Category of Roofing and Shall Submit a Copy of Certificate of Eligibility and Con Tractor's Eligibility Update Statement With Proposal.
