Construction management services are to include complete engineering consultants as required for the scope of this project. The scope of work is anticipated to include the following with each priced individually and completed with the owner's authorization. The project is to be designed and constructed under the assumption that only Needs-Based School Construction Grant funds and applicable local sales tax revenues will be available. Further, it is anticipated that the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method will be selected, with a corresponding division of work between the selected architect and construction manager: Preconstruction planning and cost estimation. Construction Contract Bidding/Procurement Provide interim and final cost estimated for completed construction and contingency. Provide construction administration and management services for the project including final project closeout.
