Responses to the questions will be sent in writing by: February 24, 2025. Sealed bids will be received at the Board of County Commissioners' Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Administration Building, 75 Bayard Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey on March 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM for The Replacement of Culvert 123C501 Triangle Road Over Carters Brook, City of New Brunswick, Middlesex County, New Jersey. Please note that masks must be worn and social distancing must be adhered to in the meeting room. Bids must be made on the standard bid proposal form in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the names of the project and address of the bidder on the outside, addressed to the Board of County Commissioners of Middlesex County, and must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000 and be delivered at the place and on the hours above mentioned.
