Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

HGA is seeking competitive bids for installation services for Security Cameras as per the general conditions here and specific criteria to follow. RFP is the installation and mounting of all cameras, camera cabling and associated network gear and software. At current design we have a total of 312 camera locations set for installation. Approximately 35 of the cameras will be located on the exterior of the building to cover outside areas as well as parking. CAT-6 data cables to be installed by vendor, from nearest IDF/MDF to camera location. CAT-6 data cable shall be plenum-rated and blue in color, terminated in green keystone jacks at patch panel, and in biscuit jacks above ceiling at camera locations. All drops must be labeled using labeling scheme provided by HGA IT. Houston Gateway Academy is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for procurement and installation of security cameras for a new campus located at 9777 Riverstone Ranch Dr. Houston, TX 77089.
