Site work and renovation of a laboratory facility in Laval, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and for site work for a laboratory facility.
Reference number: 20047072 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-02-17 The project consists of the installation of a new 80,000-litre heating oil tank and related accessories, and the demolition of the existing 40,000-litre tank and associated equipment in the sequence set out in the plans and specifications. The work to be performed is described in the plans and specifications attached hereto as Appendix A, and must be accepted in accordance with Section 63 no later than November 21, 2025. However, the contractor may not begin work on the petroleum installations supplying the generators before September 2025. The generators will have to remain connected to the existing auxiliary tanks, and the auxiliary tanks will have to be filled by the existing pumping system, as is currently the case.
