Renovation of a mixed-use development in Russell, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Warren County School District (hereinafter WCSD) is seeking bids for an open-ended electrical contract for a two-man electric crew to install miscellaneous electrical circuits indoors and outdoors; electrical data; fire alarms and other various sundry electrical projects. It is not anticipated that any one project will exceed $25,000; however, multiple projects may be awarded. Work is not continuous but may be scheduled as need arises. Interested bidders will provide liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000; a security bond in the amount of $2,500; and letters of reference from prior clients doing the above referenced work. It is the obligation of the contractor to provide clearances (Act 34, Child Abuse and FBI Clearance) for all workers assigned to the crew, and to comply with any and all related laws. Bids will be evaluated based on experience doing this type of work, cost per hour (inclusive of all fringes, taxes and the like), and references.
