Trade contractor to supply and install 1/2" ISO mechanically fastened over existing mod bit roof. 2. Trade contractor to supply and install adhered 60 mil TPO over new 1/2" polyiso. 3. Trade contractor to supply and install 24 ga drip edge around perimeter and all associated flashings. 4. Trade contractor to supply and install pitch pans at all ladders. 5. Provide minimum 20-year manufacture warranty and 2 workmanship warranty. 6. Trade contractor to supply dumpsters for project duration Crossland Construction Co. & the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any formalities or irregularities in any bid, and to accept the bid or bids which seem most advantageous to the Owner.
