Reference Number 0000375753 UPS service contract for department of public safety The Westchester County Department of Public Safety is seeking to establish a service contract covering a Mitsubishi 2033C-30Kva UPS with 30 internal batteries located at: Department of Public Safety 1 Saw Mill River Parkway Hawthorne, NY 10532 Service Specifications: The contract must provide 24/7/365 full maintenance coverage for a Mitsubishi 2033C-30Kva UPS with 30 internal batteries, including: Unlimited 24-hour remedial service, covering all parts, labor, and expenses. One major and one minor preventative maintenance inspection, including two sealed battery tests. Priority emergency service, ensuring: Immediate on-site response Phone response within 30 minutes Unlimited 24-hour technical support. Proposals must include full-service maintenance coverage as outlined above. Preventative maintenance (PM)-only agreements, or any proposals requiring parts and labor to be quoted separately, will not be considered. Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Contract Term: The contract will be effective for one year, from March 11, 2025, to March 10, 2026, with an option to extend the agreement for up to four (4) additional one-year periods. Extensions will be under the same terms, conditions, and specifications, contingent upon mutual written consent prior to the expiration date.
