The City of Lubbock, TX, is seeking statements of qualifications for North Overton Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) Irrigation Improvement Project . Question Deadline 02/27/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Online Portal PROJECT BACKGROUND The North Overton Tax Increment Finance District (TIF) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Landscape Architecture, Irrigation, or Architecture and Engineering services to develop an Irrigation Improvement Plan and Redesign Schematics for the North Overton irrigation system, focused on the area between the water meter(s) and sprinkler head(s). The analysis should include data collection, inventory, creation of an improvement plan and design schematics of the irrigation system to increase water efficiency, enhance plant growth, and reduce water runoff. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all parts of the irrigation systems are incompliance with local and state laws. The standards to which these services are requested are contained within these specifications.
