The Trinity River Authority (AUTHORITY) is soliciting bids for an annual janitorial services contract, with work to be performed at designated areas of the Central Regional Wastewater System (CRWS) facility located at 6500 Singleton Blvd., Dallas, Texas and the Ten Mile Creek Regional Wastewater System (TMCRWS) facility located at 1430 Malloy Bridge Circle, Ferris TX 75125. This proposal is for the cleaning and maintenance of the resilient floor areas, ceramic tile floors, carpet floor areas, glass window areas, restrooms, stairways, hallways, and offices at the CRWS and TMCRWS facilities and will include daily weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks. The term of the bid will be for one year beginning on May 1, 2025 and ending on April 30, 2026.
