Renovation of a municipal facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bidder shall submit with the bid a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. Bid Addenda will be issued on the website www.BergenBids.com and noticed in accordance with N.J.S.A 40A:11-23. All Interested respondents should check the website from now through bid opening to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the "Prevailing Wage Act.
