Site work and renovation of a civil project in Daingerfield, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of the construction of a new 100,000 gallon elevated storage tank, rehabilitation of an existing 100,000 gallon elevated storage tank, pump station upgrades, electrical upgrades and other miscellaneous items of construction. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each quote as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the Contractor will promptly enter into contract with the City of Daingerfield. Full (100%) performance and payment bonds are required on all contracts in excess of $25,000.00. The only exception is that if the contract is less than $50,000.00, the Owner may hold all payment until final completion, in lieu of the performance bond. Such bonds must be issued by a corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Texas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open. Question Deadline 03/27/2025 No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder. Each request for an interpretation shall be made in writing to the engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than five (5) days prior to the bid opening.
