Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellflower, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
License Requirement: Each bidder shall possess a valid Class B license at the time of bid submission and also be registered with the DIR. Provide all labor, equipment, and miscellaneous materials to demo sliding file shelves and tall casework along the classroom walls, demo and abate existing flooring, and install new floor tiles in one classroom. Build a wall with two one way observation windows in one classroom to divide the space up for an assessment space per the bid specifications. Work is located at Pace Education Center located at address above. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents, or requests for substitution of "or equal" product(s) are to be directed in writing to the District. Questions and requests received after 3:00 PM on February 6, 2024 may not be answered.
