To furnish all tools and equipment for the construction of aerial fiber mainline in and around Gardiner, Washington. The general scope of the work to be accomplished is as shown in the enclosed drawings and/or the attached specifications. Project Window: Completion by May 30, 2025 Prequalified Status: REQUIRED to be on Districts Pre-Qualified Electrical Workers Roster Bid Guaranty: REQUIRED to be submitted Payment Bond: REQUIRED for awarded contract Performance Bond: REQUIRED for awarded contract Retainage: REQUIRED on all payments Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for the above-mentioned project. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with Washington State Regulations (RCW 54.04.085) prior to submitting a bid proposal. Rejection of Bids: The District shall have the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular. Bid Security: A certified or bank cashiers check for 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to Public Utility District No. 1 of Jefferson County, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid.
