Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) is seeking a Vendor for the provision of construction services at 2-50 Cataraqui Crescent TCHC. TCHC will be awarding to the lowest total priced Proposal of all phases (both Phase 1 and Phase 2). Warden Woods Development is located on the west side of Warden Avenue between St. Clair Avenue East and Danforth Avenue. The Site consists of one twelve-story high-rise apartment building and twenty-five 2 to 3-story townhouse buildings located in three areas. The scope of work pertains to the townhouse's blocks located at 2 to 50 Cataraqui crescent (4 town houses blocks). The scope of work includes, but not limited to excavate and expose the foundation walls around the town houses blocks, prepare and apply rubberized asphaltic water proofing system (membrane with drain board), replaced original aluminum framed basement windows ( where needed), install new weeping tile system including the weeping system to the nearest catch basin , reinstate fill and landscaping, ensure grade is sloped away from foundation walls ( refer to specifications and drawings for details).. Phase 1 pertains to 2-26 Cataraqui Crescent and Phase 2 pertains to 28 - 50 Cataraqui Crescent This RFP Category of Work is categorized as Construction. The scope of work in this RFP is sub-categorized as Envelope/Structural Construction Work. The Work is to be completed in two (2) phases, and the Proponent must bid on all phases. Only phase one (1) shall be awarded as it has received budgetary approval. The remaining phases are tentatively expected to be awarded and completed pending budgetary availability and contractor performance in approximately 2026/2027.
