Exterior Siding Replacement at the National Road Zane Grey Museum in Norwich, Ohio. Remove Wood Siding, Trim, and Sill, Replace with composite Vertical Shiplap Siding, Trim and Pre-Cast concrete Sill. Remove weather barrier, replace with drainable weather barrier on existing sheathing. Clean and recaulk joints in exterior concrete slabs. Replace Most Decorative Exterior light fixtures. Remove and reinstall gutters. Remove & replace downspouts. ALTERNATE WORK: 1. ALTERNATE #1: Remove & Replace Storefront as indicated on plans. 2. ALTERNATE #2: Indicated masonry seat-wall reconstruction. 3. ALTERNATE #3: Replace wood will with composite sill.
