Site work for a water / sewer project in Greensboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**Addenda can only be obtained directly from the owner** The Contract majorly consists of the following: 6 inch and 8 inch water main rehabilitation through spray in place application of a semi-structural in-situ liner, pipe bursting; valve and fitting replacements; open cut dig and re-lay; and water service renewal and open-cuts. Ancillary tasks include, but are not limited to fire hydrant replacement, sidewalk and pavement replacement, and other site renewal tasks. Question deadline- February,27 2025 approximately seven calendar days but not less than 48 hours prior to the bid date. All questions or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing not later than 5:00 PM, E.S.T., seven calendar days prior to the original bid date. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
