Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mayo, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
As of April 25 2025 Project has been awarded to Whiddon Construction but no awarded amount . The Lafayette County Board of County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids to re-roof the concession stand at the Edward Perry Sports Complex baseball field, DMH, EOC, and the Extension Office. The Lafayette County Board of County Commissioners reserve the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids, with or without cause, to waive technicalities or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of Lafayette County. Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made concerning the award of this bid, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be made.
