Renovation of a municipal facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project Schedule and Notes: - Bid Date: Bids will be due by not later than 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 . Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The project is Sales Tax exempt. o Bids can be emailed Lund-Ross at scottt@lundross.com or bids@lundross.com - Bid Walk Through: The area will be open for a walk through on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 between at 7:00 am. The walk through needs to conclude by 8:30 due to occupants in part of the renovation area. - Project Schedule: We have submitted for building permit and can start the work as soon as the permit is issued. We are anticipating a permit around May 1, 2025. Work to be completed within 180 days from project start. - All work can be completed during normal business hours. In your proposal, please identify labor rates for overtime should we have to work off hours to accommodate the needs of the Courthouse. - Mechanical Bidders please note: Due to lead times involved and project schedules AHU-2 has been procured by Lund-Ross. Do not include the equipment costs in your bid. We anticipate delivery to be around June 9, 2025. Due include: o Hoisting / assembly / installation for the unit. We anticipate the being able to lower the sections of the unit through an access point in the roof. (Reference page 6A-117 for roof access location). SEB subcontractors and suppliers are encouraged to bid this project.
