LAWN CARE AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES PROPERTIES/LOCATIONS FOR BID Grass cutting every two weeks at the following locations: Martin Community Center Martin Fire Department, Ball Field (tennis & basketball courts) Park (gazebo area) along Historic Hwy. 17 (across from Post Office) Old City Cemetery (located at Mitchell St) Depot Along Historic Hwy. 17 and railroad tracks Mow vacant lots located on the corner of Childs Street & Historic Hwy 17 Grass cutting once per month: Martin City Cemetery located beside Martin Baptist Church Cemetery (or as needed) AT EACH PROPERTY: 1.Ensure all property is free of tree limbs, trash, glass etc prior to mowing 2.Neatly trim (weed eat) areas around buildings, fencing, utility poles, fire hydrants etc. 3.Utilize blowers at ALL sidewalks, porches, steps & parking lots (grass clippings and debris should not be blown into streets and roads). Bed Maintenance: Trim and maintain ALL shrubbery in the following manner: Mulch (once per year) Prune all shrubs, trees on a seasonal basis (gazebo area, along Historic Hwy. 17, Martin Community Center and Martin Welcome signs). Apply weed control Fire ant control Fertilize plants Worker's compensation and general liability are required.
