Reference Number 0000375491 Canton Township has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to seek a company to furnish and install EV Stations, provide repair and maintenance, site work and power requirements and software upkeep. The location of the project is 1150 S. Canton Center Rd. Canton, MI 48188, Township Administration Building. Canton Township is seeking to add one or two Level 2 Fast Charging Dual Port stations, with the possibility of adding one DC Fast Charging Dual Port. Costs for each unit should be broken out so the Township can choose to have Level 2 Fast Charging units and/or one DC Fast Charging unit. SPECIFICATIONS Proposal to include the cost per Level 2 Fast Charging Dual port unit Proposal to include the cost for one DC Fast Charging Dual port unit All charging stations are required to have retractable cable management systems. Include costs for repair and maintenance on each unit Include costs for software management costs Protocols as it relates to WIFI access Signage and bollards for EV stations Qualified vendors must provide a turnkey solution for all equipment, corresponding software and networking, accessories, warranties, installation, and deliveries. Canton Township is looking to partner with a vendor for a period of 5 years Conduit specs required as well as power/amperage needed per unit Potential request to add more conduit for future EV stations All equipment and rentals must be included in your bid/proposal. Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Project & Facilities Service Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction. Contractor is responsible for any restorations required to project site. All schedules must be approved by the Township Project & Facilities Manager Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. Permits for the job are required. Township permit fee will be waived (any reinspection cost is not). All final inspections are required for payment. Contractor can bill 90% after completion until final inspection is performed.
