Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work of the contract includes rehabilitation by spin cast or cured-in-place pipe method of approximately 2,025 feet of sanitary sewer ranging in size from 42 to 60 inches in diameter; 5 service reconnections; cleaning and television inspection of 2,110 feet of sanitary sewer ranging in size from 42 to 60-inches in diameter; construction of approximately 1 new manhole (as needed for rehabilitation method); 175 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitation; and ancillary work to remove and restore surface features disturbed as a result of the work. A detailed work description is included in Exhibit A and a map is included in Exhibit B. Estimated flow data at various locations along the sanitary sewer is included in Exhibit C. Estimate: $$4,207,280.00 Project Location: Sanitary sewers in street right-of-way, side and/or back lot easements in multiple basins, generally bound west by Fannin St., north by Hermann Dr., east by Almeda Rd., and South by Wyndale St.
