The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract for generator maintenance Services to the State of New Hampshire with services indicated in the SCOPE OF SERVICES and OFFER sections of this bid invitation, in accordance with the requirements of this bid invitation and any resulting contract. Question Deadline 02/21/2025 at 4:00 PM ET States response to questions, clarifications, and/or requested changes to bid: 2/27/2025. Questions shall be submitted by email to James Poulin at James.M.Poulin@DAS.NH.Gov. Submissions shall clearly identify the bid Number, the Vendor's name and address and the name of the person submitting the question. The term of the contract shall commence on September 1, 2025, or upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council whichever is later, through August 31, 2030, a period of approximately five (5) years. The award shall be made to the Vendor(s) meeting the criteria established in this RFB and providing the lowest cost per county. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and add/delete items/locations to the contract. All award(s) shall be, in the form of a State of New Hampshire Contract(s). The State reserves the right to require the Vendor(s) to train, counsel or reassign any employee the State deems incompetent, careless, insubordinate, or otherwise objectionable, or whose continued employment on the work is deemed to be contrary to the public interest or inconsistent with the best interest of security and the State.
