Site work and paving for a civil project in Snowmass Village, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project primarily consists of installation of 600 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron pipe (DIP), fittings, valves, a fire hydrant assembly, water line tie-ins, and asphalt; replacing an existing water line. For all technical questions, bidders shall send an email to scottf@sgm-inc.com Bids will only be accepted from qualified general contractors that have demonstrated experience in construction projects of this type. A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% will be required and must accompany the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required upon contract award. Approx. 840 LF of 8" D.I.P. water line and associated water service connections, valves, appurtenances, etc. - 6" full depth replacement of asphalt on disturbed sections of road. Question Deadline 02/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
