Furnishing the material and performing the labor for the execution of the: 2025 Rushton Road Infrastructure Improvement Project In accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc. (the "Engineer"), on file for review and purchase in its offices, Two Merit Drive, Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143. Bids will be received for the 2025 Rushton Road Infrastructure Improvement Project. All Bids must be submitted on the forms purchased from the City to be considered responsive. All Contract Documents will be forwarded upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $200.00 per set plus COST per set for postage in favor of the City of South Euclid. If no Addendum is issued accepting the Proposed Equal as an Approved Equal, the Proposed Equal shall be considered rejected.
