Site work for a civil project in Forney, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 2/20/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. Owner will probably have to re-bid. Bid Security, Performance and Payment Bonds shall be as set forth in the INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDERS. High Point SUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual bid opening date. Any questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Questions received less than 2 days prior to the date for opening of bids run a risk of not being answered.
