The Board of Education of Prince George's County (The Board) is issuing this Invitation for bid (IFB) to FURNISH AND DELIVER ELECTRICAL MATERIALS as defined in Part III, Scope of Work. These goods and services are to be performed primarily for the Department of Maintenance services. However, the goods and services may be requested by other Departments within the Prince George's County Public School system. Question Deadline 02/14/2025 at 11:00 AM ET If the Bidder has questions, they must be in writing and directed to the Purchasing contacts, Michelle Tucker, Purchasing Specialist Michelle2.Tucker@pgcps.org. The term of this Contract begins on the date the Notice of Award is signed by both the Bidder and The BOARD (the "Effective Date") and shall continue for a period of three (3) years ("Initial Term"). In its sole discretion, The Board shall have the unilateral right to renew the Contract for two (2) one-year option periods successive (each a "Renewal Term") at the prices established at contract award. "Term" means the Initial Term and any Renewal Term(s). The Board may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. The option to extend such provisions may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 12 months without approval of the Board.
