Site work for a mixed-use development in Middle Sackville, Nova Scotia. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Midnight Run Park (PID: 41453127). Construction of a new park space to be located in the Indigo Shores subdivision - on the north side of McCabe Lake in Middle Sackville. The space will include a parking lot, sports courts, playground, multi-use field, jogging trail and baseball diamond. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants has been awarded. Scope of work also includes detailed design for drainage and grading plan. A total of three tender packages are expected for this project - construction will be phased: Phase 1 - Site works (grading/drainage) tender/construction in 2026. Phase 2 - playground, courts/parking lot and walkway paving tender/construction in 2027. Phase 3 - playing fields tender/construction in 2028. *Budget is unreleased.
