Site work for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Proposal must be accompanied by bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total proposal and submitted in a sealed envelope marked GV PARKING LOT SEALING & PAINTING 2025, to the above address. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of opening. The School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or to award the contract which, in their judgment, will best serve the interest of the DASD . SCOPE: 1. The area is to have cracks filled, seal coating area is estimated to be 170,000 sq. ft. 2. Barricade all areas where work will be performed. DASD is responsible for ensuring that the work area is free of all material, cars, equipment etc.. 3. All surfaces are to be cleaned of all loose material, weeds, grass, and dirt to ensure optimum adhesion to the existing surface. Degrease all spots necessary as part of the surface preparation. 4. Crack filling is to be a hot rubberized non-tracking sealant application limited to 1/4 inch to 1 inch. It is not required to crack fill alligatored areas or hairline cracks. A light sprinkle of sand is necessary if there is to be any foot traffic after or during the application. 5 Two full coats of Polymer-Modified MasterSeal (PMM) asphalt-based pavement sealer applied by broom and spray application. The second coat must be a complete overlap coverage. Half lap coverage will not be accepted. Material extenders or thinners are not to be used. 6. Map or mark all existing striping and restripe per the existing layout with Sherwin Williams traffic paint. A (1) year warranty is required for this process. * Curbing, bollards, light pole bases and car stops are not included in the restriping process. 7. 4-inch-wide line striping (7) Handicap Stalls (6) Visitors Stalls (20) Bus Stalls (3) Fire Lane (2) Cross Walks No Parking Fire Lane Alternate Bid #1: GV Basketball/Undercover Area Alternate Bid #2: Football Field Walkway to Pressbox
