Renovation of a medical facility in Quebec, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Major upgrades to Jeffery Hale Hospital (HJH) located at 1270 chemin Sainte-Foy in Quebec and Centre D'Hebergement Domaine Saint-Dominique (CHDSD) located at 1045 boul Rene-Levesque Ouest in Quebec. Four Projects: # HJH 0527-20, CHDSD 1210-25, CHDSD 1213-25, CHDSD 1214-26. Budget for HJH is $1,900,000 and budget for CHDSD is $6,418,000 (CHDSD 1210-25: $4,813,500; CHDSD 1213-25: $770,150 and CHDSD 1214-26: $834,350). TIMELINE: Project is being developed in phases. Tender call for lot 1 of Project HJH 0527-20 is underway and can be followed in the report under ID name: Lot 1 - Replacement of Granex Surfacing - Hjh-0527-20-a - 7516700. Project development timelines of other projects will be established according to the owner's internal scheduling.
