**As of April 29, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** Project overview: Carrollton Utilities is seeking Bids to install a protective liner on the Sparta wet well and Campbellsburg Manhole until 2:00PM on February 28th, 2025. The project scope involves the furnishing and installation of a protective liner inside the Sparta pump station and Campbellsburg manhole. The liner must be sufficient to prevent H2S corrosion. The Sparta wet well has a diameter of 8 feet and a depth of 25 feet. Carrollton Utilities will award the project based on the lowest and most qualified bid. No BIDDER may withdraw his proposal within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Federal law prohibits discrimination on the grounds of race, color, national origin, religion, age, handicap, and sex. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
