Reference Number 0000375775 Delivery Point: Lone Tree, Colorado The City of Lone Tree Public Works and Mobility Department (the "City") is requesting proposals for a professional service contract for consultant services related to RidgeGate Parkway Bikeway Design Project (the "Project"). The project will consist of the design of a 10 foot-wide shared-use path connection along RidgeGate Parkway, from Park Meadows Drive to S. Havana Street and through the interchange with Interstate 25.The purpose of this scope of work is to complete the RidgeGate Parkway Bikeway Design Project (100% complete plans) within 12 months towards advancing the construction of the proposed improvements within the next 1 to 3 years. The City is responsible for managing the final design of this Project. The City of Lone Tree had received concurrence from CDOT for this project. This concurrence had previously been conditionally granted based on the scope of this design, and CDOT will retain final decision-making authority for all improvements and changes within CDOT's right of way. As the project progresses, the City of Lone Tree will work closely with the CDOT Region staff to ensure CDOT's continued concurrence (see attached correspondence). Major design elements in this project include new and improved trail segments, enhanced at-grade crossings within the I-25 interchange, ADA-compliant ramps, as well as signage and striping. The City of Lone Tree will assume responsibility for developing all appropriate signal improvements and would benefit from the selected consultants recommended improvements at the signalized intersections within the project study area: intersection with I-25 and at Cabela Drive.
