Renovation of an educational facility in Waterloo, Ontario. Design plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement and relocation of several pieces of electrical equipment that is past it's serviceable life. It also, includes the review of existing mechanical controls and starting to provide suitable replacements when the electrical equipment is replaced. For modifications to the mechanical controls and starters, consultants shall include commissioning of the system to ensure proper operation at project end. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for design services has closed; award results are unreleased for publication. Further project schedules may be confirmed spring 2026.
