Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Orlando, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The project involves replacing the aging mechanical equipment at LYNX Central Station and Operations base buildings A, B, and C, which were constructed in 2003-2004. Some equipment will be upsized to address ongoing cooling issues. Each building has separate contract documents and permit packages, except for building C, which is included in building Bs package. Project consists of the replacement of the existing HVAC system that was originally intalled in 2003. Scope also includes the installation of several new airhandling units to supplement the existing systems. Building shall remain operationable during construction and will require contractor phasing coordination with owner.
