The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority is currently seeking bids from licensed general contractors for construction services relative to the removal of an existing wood pile wall and construction of a new concrete retaining wall including grade beam and concrete piles, new railing, concrete swale, and minor improvements to an existing parking lot including new curb, asphalt paving, and striping. The project site is located at 7036 Mulholland Dr, Hollywood, CA 90068 . This is a public works project as defined in Labor Code 1720 and must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the California Labor Code. All services must meet and comply with local and state laws and regulations. The Contractor shall hold a Class A or B General Contractors license issued by the State of California. Anticipated Construction Start Date: On or before May 5, 2025 (Note Contractors Bid Shall be valid for 90 Days from the Bid Opening and NTP/Start of Construction is subject to change without impact to cost so long as issued within 90 days.) The furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for Work of the Hollywood Bowl Overlook Improvement Project, at 7036 Mulholland Drive, Hollywood, CA 90065 as set forth in the Contract Documents which include, but are not limited to, the Drawings, Addenda and Specifications.
