The College requires Qualified Suppliers to provide General Contracting Services to the College (the "Services"). The intent of this prequalification is to create two (2) separate Qualified Suppliers List (QSL); one (1) QSL for Small Projects and one (1) QSL for Large Projects as defined below: 1). Small Projects (estimated Services value up to $500,000 - less taxes) 2). Large Projects (estimated Services value between $500,001 to $3,000,000 - less taxes) The QSL will be valid for five (5) years from Execution Date. A virtual non-mandatory Proponents Meeting has been scheduled. Addenda, if any, will be posted no later than February 20, 2025. Proponents will find all RFP Documents on Niagara College's Bonfire (e-bidding) portal, including any Additional Resources such as Addenda and Response to Questions.
