Renovation of a detention facility in Sheridan, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Repair/Replace Roofing System. GENERAL TRADE: 20% MBE, 5% WBE & 2% PBE/VBE. Work includes removal of existing roof membrane system, roof rigid insulation, equipment curbs, skylights, gutter and downspouts, wood siding and wall sheathing. Installation of standing seam aluminum roofing panels, prefinished fascia and trim, gutters and downspouts, snow guards, roof equipment curbs and skylights. Work also includes installation of fiber cement lap siding, building wrap and plywood sheathing. Project includes Alternate Bid No. G-01 for furnishing and installing non-penetrating snow/ice guards along all gutter edges. CDB BUILDING INV. NO. C0839 (C2) & C0840 (C6) CONTRACT: SINGLE TRADE - GENERAL MBE/WBE Subcontracting and Supplier Goals Apply. Location Sheridan Correctional Center. Contractors shall submit their request for background checks to the A/E no later than Friday, February 25, by 4:00pm.
