This bid bond must be submitted on the mandatory form APPENDIX 4.01 A or APPENDIX 4.01 B of the tender form. It must be exchanged at the signing of the contract, if applicable, for a performance bond and a surety bond for guarantees, materials and services, again in accordance with the mandatory forms appended to the General Conditions. The amount of each of these bonds will correspond to 50% of the contract price.
